These terms are supplemental to your agreement with I/Omergent, and if they are inconsistent with that agreement, the terms identified above will control to the extent of the inconsistency. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, you should not access or use the Third Party Tool(s). I/Omergent may update this list from time to time.
